• Sierra – $35 per ticket

• Selva – $30 per ticket
Full table (10 seats): $300

Each table includes 10 seats available.

Kids under 2: Free

Kids 2–10 years old: $10

Access to the Kids Zone or seating with family. No assigned seating for kids.

PERU FEST YYC 2026 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Tickets are valid only for Peru Fest YYC 2026 on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Calgary Hellenic Banquet Hall, Calgary, Alberta.
Seating is based on the ticket section purchased:

Costa Sierra Selva

• Each table accommodates up to 10 guests. Individual seat purchases may be assigned within shared tables.
• Children under 2 years old Free over 2 years old to  10 years old enter $10 Children’s tickets are required where applicable.
• The event is family-friendly and open to all ages. Valid government-issued identification may be required for alcohol service.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless authorized by the event organizers.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, illegal activity, or failure to comply with venue or safety regulations.
• Event schedule, performers, programming are subject to change without prior notice.
• By attending the event, guests consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes related to Peru Fest YYC and Kviva Entertainment.
• Tickets that are lost, stolen, duplicated, altered, or damaged may be refused entry.
• The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
• In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the event may be postponed, modified, or cancelled.
• Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of all event Terms & Conditions.
