Jill is best described as a chanteuse who sings in both English and French. She performs covers alongside her own compositions. Jill Barber is a three-time Juno Award-nominated singer-songwriter and Certified Gold recording artist with an unforgettable voice. Her acclaimed repertoire spans folk, vocal jazz, and pop, with songs in both French and English.

Jill’s work has earned awards that include the Sirius XM Jazz Artist of the Year and the East Coast Music Award for Album of the Year, and scores of fans including Blue Rodeo, Ron Sexsmith, and Kris Kristofferson, who praised her as “a real songwriter, and a damn good songwriter.” Her songs have been featured in TV shows like Orange Is The New Black, The L Word, and Heartland, and in a global Chrysler ad campaign.
