Cleaning Cards

It is extremely important to maintain your thermal ticket printer as documented in the original manufacturer's manual. Regular maintenance should include the use of cleaning cards. Cleaning cards are designed to safely and effectively remove contamination from thermal printheads, guides and paths. Parts:

Vtix maintains an inventory of essential parts for Datamax and Practical Automation thermal ticket printers. If we don't have the part in stock, we can order it directly from the manufacturer.

RMA's/Rentals/Used:

For clients that have purchased ticket printers from Vtix and are experiencing problems that necessitate a return to the manufacturer, Vtix can facilitate the return by obtaining a manufacturer's authorization number on behalf of the client. For our Canadian clients, we can also arrange shipping that also includes customs clearing to and from the U.S.

For clients that have purchased ticket printers from Vtix and are experiencing problems, Vtix maintains a number of ticket printers that can be rented on a short-term emergency basis. Cost is based on a flat rate per day plus shipping of the printer to the client and back to Vtix.

Occasionally, Vtix has used thermal ticket printers for resale that we have purchased back from our clients. They represent great value for clients that have limited budgets or are looking for backup printers.
