What is Vtix Online?

Vtix Online is a web-based, event hosting service enabling promoters to sell their tickets online... 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who would use this service?*

Any individual, group or organization that want to provide their ticket buyers with an option to purchase General Admission or Reserved Seating event tickets online. Clubs, Associations, schools, parties, seminars, concerts, sporting events... any event that requires admission. Even facilities using industry available box office software can take advantage of our services.

What does it cost?

The only cost to you the promoter/organizer is a $25.00 setup fee for a general admission event. (less if we also print your tickets) Our service fee of $1.50 per ticket plus credit authorization charges can be passed on to the ticket buyer or absorbed in part or in whole, in the cost of the ticket.

How are ticket sales tracked?

If Vtix Online sells tickets to your event, you have complete security access to information about your event from the time the event goes on sale until financial settlement. You can check sales, view, export and print attendance and financial reports at any time.

When does financial settlement occur?

We send you an Event Reconciliation Report on the next business day after the completion of your event. Assuming that both parties agree with the total owing, Vtix will issue a cheque within 3 business days.
